1. How can I get a quote?
Before quoting, we should have some basis info about the item. Basis info include the structure reference, detail dimensions, material request, printed graphics, and quantity. The more details, the better price.
 
2. I am not sure the size, could you help to design it?
Yes. Tell us your products packing size and how will you display them, then we can design the detail size according to the showcase layout.
 
3. What is the solution if the products is broken receiving?
This case need to double check. When you received a broken showcase, please take some photos on the broken items, and send us immediately, we will double check, if it is broken before delivery, we will resend you freely.
 
4. Do you accept small order?
Yes, small order is available. But the price will be much higher, because we are factory manufacturer, and no matter how many pieces will be done, the machines need to lunch over.
 
5. How long for making sample?
Normally, it takes about 2-3days; but for big and complicated case, we may need 3-5days.
 
6. What about the lead time? 
It depends on the quantity, it will take 10-15days for less than 3000pcs.
 
7. Do you have any products in store?
No. All of our products are customized, acrylic displays is widely used but special for different showcase.
 
8. Is the sample charged?
Yes, new sample is charged, but the sample fee will all refund after place your order.
 
9. What is the payment term?
We support TT, Western Union, Cheque, and cash.
